The Healthiest Bread Choices

We get a lot of questions about bread here at GOLO. Many people assume that bread is off limits when trying to lose weight but with GOLO, that is simply not the case. As long as you choose the right kind and eat it in the correct serving size along with a complete, balanced meal, bread can be part of your life even while losing weight! When looking for a good, healthy bread, you really want to focus on the ingredients. The Gift of Health

We feel loved and acknowledged when we receive a gift. But what about the precious gift we should be giving to ourselves—the one we take for granted when we are overweight? Our Health. Deanna turned 50 on January 5, 2019. She had a fantastic party with family and friends, and she received all the gifts she wanted and even more—but she was shocked by the photos from her celebration. What can we say about Amber? She may be one of the most inspiring GOLO journeys we have ever witnessed. Last year, she wrote a lengthy blog post about how vulnerable she felt before losing weight with GOLO. Amber is a great example as to why Non-Scale Victories (NSV) are essential. We...
